Southfield Mezzanine Announces Investment in Pierce Washington
GREENWICH, Conn., January 2022 - We are pleased to announce that Southfield Mezzanine has made a subordinated debt and equity investment to support and accelerate various growth initiatives at Pierce Washington (the "Company"), a leading software systems integration firm. The transaction was led by Kidd & Company, in partnership with management, Spring Capital, and Ignite Labs.
Founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, the Company assists enterprise-level companies with the digital transformation of their quote-to-cash process, bringing significant expertise within the configure-price-quote ("CPQ") ecosystem. Pierce Washington focuses on helping organizations connect their customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams with the information necessary to increase both revenue and margins.
