GREENWICH, Conn., March 2021 – We are pleased to announce that Southfield Mezzanine has made a unitranche debt and equity investment to support Corridor Capital and management's recapitalization of World Wide Land Transfer ("WWLT"). WWLT, headquartered in Trevose, PA, is a leading full service, independent title and settlement services agency that has evolved into one of the Northeast region’s largest title insurance agencies since its founding in 2004. WWLT marks Southfield Mezzanine’s second real estate services investment alongside Corridor Capital.
